SupportCategory: Learnplus - WPA Problem with the About Slider Element
RyanGlover asked 47 years ago

Hello,
is it possible to correct the margin / padding and/or border width for the About Slider element so text isn’t cut off.
Please refer to the link to the screenshot I’m providing: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/55155341/Screenshot%202016-10-02%2020.10.29.png
Thank you.

Ok. Thank you. According to the WordPress dashboard my current version of LearnPress theme is up to date. The version I’m using is 1.0.0. How do I go about updating to the latest version and them updating learnplus-vc-addons plugin?
Thank you.

 Hello,
To update the theme and plugins, you can remove the theme and plugins and upload again. Or you use FTP to upload overwrite all files. You are sure you didn’t custom the theme or plugins.
Thanks.

Hi, I’m having the same problem and the “About Slider” on your original demo site also has the same issue (scroll to the WHO WE ARE section):

How can we correct this as I have updated the theme also and nothing has changed.
Thank you
